Dear Bondarians,

As we head into May we wanted to reach out and share some news with you.  We would like to congratulate Mr. G on his recent success of being promoted to a Principalship.  Mr. G has worked hard over his nine years as a Vice Principal, at Blossom Park PS, Featherston PS and most recently here at Roberta Bondar.  As a Bondarian Mr. G. always has the students, families and staff at the heart of his work.  During his 4 years at Bondar he has taken on many initiatives such as the development of our maker space, ensuring our roll out of technology is seamless each year, as well as his co-leadership with our Shannen’s Dream club, to name a few. As a staff we thank him for all of his hard work, humor, support and leadership at Bondar.  In September he will be moving to Robert Bateman PS as Principal.  Mr. G. will be missed here at Bondar but we look forward to finishing our year with him, as well as keeping him in our family of schools as a close neighbour.

Parent Evening

Thank you to all of our families that were able to join us at the Social Media Parent Session on April 29th.  The presentation was very informative and it was wonderful to collaborate with Robert Bateman, and Metcalfe Public School.

Our next evening will be held on May 19th at 7pm.  This presentation is a collaboration between YouthNet, Crossroads, and Parents Lifeline of Eastern Ontario. You can register here.
